Guardian Transit was initially formed to provide in-house freight services to Pax Industries, Inc. a 3PL serving the warehousing, packaging, and transloading needs in the plastics industry since 1992.

Guardian Transit's Managing Member is Michael Nappi. Michael is also President/CEO of Pax. As part of Pax, Michael has been providing logistics solutions to the plastics industry since 2004 and since 2023 as part of Guardian Transit.

All to often, trucking starts with an opaqueness that affects the entire operation. Driver pay, for example, is a bit of a mess.
